Effective Date: January 1, 2026
By accessing or using the website montebelloconcretecontractor.com (the "Site") or by engaging Quality Montebello Concrete ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for concrete contracting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors to the Site and to all customers who enter into a service agreement with Quality Montebello Concrete. For service-specific terms, the written estimate and contract signed before work begins will govern. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed service contract, the signed contract prevails.
Quality Montebello Concrete provides residential and commercial concrete contracting services, including but not limited to driveway installation, patio construction, stamped concrete, sidewalks, garage floors, retaining walls, foundations, pool decks, concrete steps, parking lots, footings, and concrete cutting. Services are provided in Montebello, CA and surrounding cities in the Los Angeles area.
The Site provides general information about our services. Content on the Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer or contract. All service engagements require a written estimate and signed agreement before work begins.
All estimates provided by Quality Montebello Concrete are based on an on-site assessment of the project and are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing. Estimates are not final quotes until reviewed and accepted by both parties in a written agreement.
Pricing is based on the scope of work described at the time of the estimate. If site conditions, project scope, or material requirements differ materially from what was assessed, we will notify you in writing before proceeding with any work that changes the original price. We will not proceed with cost-impacting changes without your written approval.
Free estimates are offered at no obligation. Requesting an estimate does not create a binding agreement between you and Quality Montebello Concrete.
Project scheduling is subject to availability and is confirmed in writing once a service agreement is signed. We make reasonable efforts to begin and complete work on the scheduled timeline, but delays may occur due to weather, permit processing times, material availability, or other factors outside our control. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.
If you need to reschedule or cancel a project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms specific to your project will be stated in your signed service agreement. In general, cancellations made after work has begun may result in charges for work completed and materials ordered. We reserve the right to charge for costs we have already incurred in preparation for your project.
Payment terms are stated in your signed service agreement. Typical arrangements include a deposit due before work begins and a final payment due upon project completion. We accept payment by check, bank transfer, and other methods as agreed in writing.
Payments not received by the due date specified in the service agreement may be subject to a late fee. If payment is not received after a reasonable notice period, we reserve the right to pursue collection through appropriate legal channels. You are responsible for any collection costs or legal fees we incur to recover outstanding balances.
Final payment constitutes your acceptance that the work was completed as described in the service agreement, unless you have provided written notice of a deficiency before making final payment.
We stand behind our workmanship. If a defect in our work is identified after project completion, contact us in writing and we will assess and address the issue in a reasonable timeframe. Specific warranty terms, if any, will be stated in your service agreement.
Concrete is a natural material subject to cracking, color variation, and surface changes over time. Normal weathering, settling due to soil movement, surface crazing, and color variation from curing conditions are not covered by a workmanship warranty. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper use, acts of nature, soil conditions beyond our control, or modifications made to the concrete after project completion.
The information on the Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Quality Montebello Concrete and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or from the services we provide, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
We carry general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. In the event of property damage or personal injury caused by our negligence during active work on your property, please contact us immediately.
By scheduling work with us, you grant Quality Montebello Concrete and its crew access to the relevant areas of your property for the purpose of completing the agreed-upon work. You are responsible for informing us of any underground utilities, irrigation lines, or other subsurface conditions on your property. We are not liable for damage to undisclosed subsurface features.
You are responsible for clearing the work area of personal property, vehicles, and obstacles before the crew arrives. Delays caused by an inaccessible work area may affect scheduling and may result in additional costs.
For projects requiring a permit, Quality Montebello Concrete will apply for required permits from the applicable city or county authority. Permit fees are either included in your estimate or billed separately as stated in your service agreement. We will not begin permitted work until the permit is issued. You agree to cooperate with city inspections and any reasonable requests from inspecting authorities.
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Quality Montebello Concrete or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.
If you have a concern or dispute about our services, we ask that you contact us first to give us an opportunity to resolve it directly. Reach us at hi@montebelloconcretecontractor.com or (213) 671-0896. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve any issue promptly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt to resolve it through mediation before pursuing litigation. Any legal action arising from these Terms or our services will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Los Angeles County, California.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them or from our services are governed by the laws of the State of CA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
